I am not sure of my size; how do I find more information?

Most of our products have a size chart, however, if you need more information regarding an item or measurement guidelines, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department: info@1116boutique.com.

 

How do I return an item?

Sometimes it happens! To return an item, you can email us at info@1116boutique.com . Please provide full name, mailing address, order number, date, reason for return. Once the item has been received, we will send you an email notifying the amount of the credit available (item price excluding original shipping cost). We will not refund shipping costs of the returned item and we will not cover shipping cost of the exchanged good.

Only clothes at regular price may be returned or exchanged. Accessories, items on sale or with discounts cannot be returned or exchanged.  All sale purchases are final.

I have an online store credit. How do I use it?

You will receive a credit to use it within 30 days from when it was granted and you will pay for the shipment. No refunds will be issued.

 

I need to change something on my order. How can I do it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order is shipped, we will be unable to make any changes.  

 

Can I exchange an item that is damaged?

We will gladly exchange your item if it has manufacturer damage.  Items must be unworn and intact, without odors, without marks of any external agent including but not limited to lipstick, ink, paint, and must show no evidence of washing or any other alteration.

 

How soon will my order arrive?

 1116Boutique uses USPS shipping services for all orders. For local orders (within Puerto Rico) it usually takes from 2-3 business days to arrive after the order is shipped. For orders outside of Puerto Rico, the estimated arrival is between 3-4 days. Sometimes there are delays associated to USPS distribution due to extraordinary circumstances and they are not associated to 1116Boutique delays.

 

How can I track my order?

Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add info@1116boutique.com to your safe sender list.

 

What payment methods does 1116Boutique accept?

We accept most of the Credit Card Payments and PayPal. If you would like to arrange a payment via another method, we are gladly to try and assist your request by contacting us via email at info@1116boutique.com.

 

Do you have a physical store?

No, we are only available online.
